Welcome to Moomigle. These terms are a legal agreement between you andMingenta LLC, a Delaware limited liability company. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
1. The service
Moomigle is a personal AI memory. You can save notes, photos, voice memos, files, and links, and ask questions grounded in what you've saved. The service is currently in beta: features may change, and occasional downtime or bugs are possible.
2. Your account
You need an account to use Moomigle. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for everything that happens under your account. You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country, whichever is higher).
3. Your content
Everything you save into Moomigle stays yours. You grant us only the limited licence needed to store your content, process it with AI at your request (e.g. transcribing a voice memo, describing a photo, answering your questions), and display it back to you. We do not use your content to train third-party AI models or share it with advertisers.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Upload content that is illegal, infringes someone else's rights, or contains malware.
- Save personal data about other people without a lawful basis.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer the service, scrape it, or overwhelm it with automated traffic.
- Use the service to build a competing product.
5. AI-generated content
Answers generated by Moomigle are produced by AI models based on your saved memories. They may occasionally be inaccurate or incomplete. Please don't rely on them for medical, legal, financial, or other consequential decisions without verifying.
6. Beta service, "as is"
Moomigle is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind. We do our best to keep the service secure and available, but we cannot guarantee it will always be error-free or uninterrupted.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Moomigle will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or business interruption. Our total aggregate liability to you is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim, or USD 50, whichever is greater.
8. Termination
You can close your account at any time by writing to hello@moomigle.com. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.
9. Changes
We may update these terms as the service evolves. When we make material changes, we'll update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Delaware — unless mandatory consumer-protection laws of your home country say otherwise.
